Rooting from South of France, the Provence region. Imagine dining at the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, we too, avoid butter and cream, using only olive oil. We love seasonal, crisp-tasting dishes. Our chef chooses only the freshest local and imported ingredients.
There are few rules that stem the free-flowing creativity of the concept and culinary ingenuity. Only one that is very strict. No table cloths are allowed.
